Fruit and Yogurt Goodie Bowl
What a Way To Start the Day!
With sheep or goat yoghurt for better digestion & lower inflammation
Why sheep or goat yoghurt?
Sheep and goat milk are naturally easier to digest than cow’s milk due to their smaller fat globules, lower levels of A1 casein, and higher levels of beneficial medium-chain fatty acids. These types of yoghurt are often better tolerated by those with cow dairy sensitivities, and they may be less inflammatory for the gut and immune system. Plus, they’re rich in protein, calcium, zinc, and probiotics — all important for gut and hormone health.
